They use state-of-the-art laser tools to template our kitchen countertops and even send option choices so you can decide which layout you prefer. What types of services do you provide?
Academy Marble imports marble, quartzite slabs, and engineered surfaces like quartz directly from overseas sources. Templating, fabrication, and installation are executed in-house, ensuring convenience and efficiency. Our surfaces are used in residential and commercial applications, including kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, and more.
Can I choose my slab?
Yes! Every stone slab is unique, and we encourage you to visit our warehouse to select the ideal stone for your project.
What is the difference between quartz and quartzite?
Quartzite is a natural stone that is naturally spill, stain, heat-resistant, and requires sealing. Quartz is an engineered material resistant to mold, mildew, and stains but slightly less heat-resistant and doesn't require sealing.
What is your turnaround time?
You can expect your project to be completed in 7 days or less from templating.
Note - Project completion time is subject to change based on stone inventory, the complexity of the job, and availability. A deposit is required to secure or hold the selected stone. All items on the cabinets (sinks, faucets, cooktops, and accessories) must be chosen before templating can begin.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit your showrooms?
No appointment is necessary at our Rye, NY, location. Bethel, CT, is open Monday-Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. We welcome homeowners, commercial customers, builders, and architects.
How do I care for my new natural stone countertops?
Clean natural stone countertops with a few drops of dish soap, warm water, and a good rinse. We seal your countertops with a 15-year warranty sealer, so you don’t need to worry about sealing them during that time.
